Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the dollar amount of your order. The chart below details these charges as they will appear at the time of checkout.

 Standard Shipping

Orders are received and processed daily from our warehouse in Florida. We try our best and strive to ship the same day if ordered before 12 noon.  Please allow for 2-3 business days during peak seasons.

In-stock items ship via UPS Ground, US Postal Priority Mail, DHL or Fed-Ex. Items may ship separately, and take 4 to 10 business days for delivery in the Contiguous US.

There are rare occasions when an item has been backordered.  Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Return Policy

At Duty Gear Store we strive to take care of our customers. Any merchandise purchased from us is returnable.

The below guidelines must be followed in order to obtain a return.

1. You have 30 Days from the date of arrival to return items. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
2. You need to contact us via e-mail at AspireSales@bellsouth.net to let us know the item needing to be returned. The reason for your return and your order# and name.
3. Within 48 hours we will send you a form to return to us via email. Upon its receipt we will issue you a RMA#.
4. Once your RMA# has been issued you may return the merchandise to our Florida Warehouse.

Once we have received your merchandise back we will either send you your exchange and or refund your return to your account. A 20% restocking fee will apply to the products purchase price on all returns and refunds. In addition, we will also deduct the exact amount that the item cost to ship to you, and the amount it cost us to ship back to our distributor or supplier.
