This is the standard FBI fingerprint card, form No. FD-258, as used by the FBI, US Immigration and Naturalization Service, and many police agencies for noncriminal fingerprinting (such as for employment clearances or immigration purposes). These cards can have "ORI" information printed on them for an additional charge. Upon your approval, we will print the ORI information that you provide for us. (Please allow five business days for cards with ORI printing.)
